Tasting Notes
A fresh, juicy Tai Rosso grown on volcanic and limestone soils. Spontaneously fermented and aged in large neutral barrels, it’s light and fragrant with red berries, herbs and a subtle earthy note. Soft tannins and a smooth, refreshing finish. Great with charcuterie, pasta or vegetable dishes.
