Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped.

2. Wine Club Subscriptions

• Billing occurs 5 working days before shipment

• Cancellation deadline: 10 working days before billing

• No cancellations after billing

3. No Refunds

No refunds are issued once an order or subscription shipment is processed.
