Return & Refund Policy

1. General Rule

Alcoholic beverages are non-returnable.

2. Exceptions

Refund or replacement is granted only in cases of:

  • Broken bottles

  • Incorrect items delivered

3. Exclusions

No refund or replacement is granted for:

  • Corked or faulty wine

  • Taste preferences

4. Reporting Deadline

Issues must be reported within 5 working days of delivery.

5. Procedure

Customers must contact info@grape-escape.ch with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence where applicable
