Tasting Notes
Grown high in volcanic soils, this wine ferments in clay amphorae with native yeasts and ages in the same vessel for six months. Dark berries, gentle spice and herbal notes lead to a fresh, structured palate with a long finish. A balanced, mountain-grown red that pairs well with lamb, grilled vegetables or aged cheeses.
