Yes. You can manage your membership from your customer account at any time. This includes pausing or cancelling your membership. If you ever need help, just reach out and we’ll assist.
The Re-Bottle option allows you to swap a bottle if something doesn’t suit your taste or if a bottle arrives damaged. To use a Re-Bottle, simply contact us and we’ll arrange the swap for you.
The number of Re-Bottle swaps available each year depends on your membership tier.
Billing happens automatically at the start of each membership period. After billing, we prepare your shipment and you’ll receive a confirmation as it gets ready to leave.

Yes. You can place the order using your own billing details and enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout. For a different recipient email, please contact us after ordering and we’ll take care of it.
