A fresh and pure high-altitude Garnacha from granite sands. Naturally fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral barrels, it shows red fruit, light herbs and a gentle mineral edge. Smooth, juicy and easy to enjoy with a clean, long finish. Great with tapas, roasted vegetables or lighter meats.
