Tasting Notes
Raphael is the estate's entry-level Cesanese del Piglio: the more approachable, earlier-drinking expression of the same indigenous Lazio grape, framed for earlier consumption and broader accessibility than L'Onda. Lighter in structure, brighter in fruit, with the characteristic Cesanese signature of sour cherry, herbs, violet and a dry, slightly mineral finish. Good with pasta, pizza, charcuterie and mild cheeses.
