A smooth, mineral Priorat from steep slate terraces. Garnacha and Carignan ferment naturally and age in neutral barrels, giving dark fruit, spice and a clean, stony edge. Balanced tannins and a long, fresh finish. Great with grilled meats, stews or rich vegetable dishes.
