A vibrant Greek pét-nat from sandy coastal vineyards. Native-yeast fermentation with bottle finishing gives a lightly cloudy sparkle. Citrus, white peach and a salty touch with a soft, lively mousse. Dry, refreshing finish. Great for aperitif, sushi or fresh salads.
