Organic Thracian winery using amphora to express coastal Greek terroir.
Anatolikos Vineyards is located near the coastal town of Avdira in Thrace, northeastern Greece. The winery works with both indigenous and international grape varieties, farmed organically in a windy, maritime climate. Vineyard practices focus on balance and low yields. In the cellar, intervention is minimal, and amphorae are often used to ferment and age the wines. The philosophy is rooted in purity and respect for the region’s long wine history. The wines combine freshness with structure, shaped by sea breezes and ancient soils.
