Tasting Notes
A vibrant white from sandy coastal soils in eastern Greece. Fermented with native yeasts and aged briefly on lees, it’s aromatic and refreshing with citrus, peach and light herbal notes. Smooth texture and a clean, bright finish. Great with salads, seafood or spicy Mediterranean dishes.
