Tasting Notes
A precise and elegant Crémant from organic vineyards around Wettolsheim. Fermented in steel and aged on lees before bottling with very low dosage, it offers fresh orchard fruit, light brioche and fine, persistent bubbles. Dry and balanced with a clean finish. Great with oysters, salads or simple starters.
