A unique skin-contact Chasselas fermented on skins for extended time and aged on lees, it shows stone fruit, citrus peel and a light tannic grip uncommon in Chasselas. Fresh, dry and savory with gentle tannins. Excellent with charcuterie, vegetable dishes or seafood.
