Tasting Notes
A fresh and elegant Vermentinu from granite soils in the eastern hills of Corsica. Fermented with native yeasts and aged on fine lees in stainless steel, it’s crisp and lightly aromatic with citrus, white flowers and a gentle saline edge. Smooth texture and a clean, refreshing finish. Great with shellfish, grilled fish or Mediterranean vegetables.
