Tasting Notes
A smooth and generous southern Rhône red from organic vineyards on the classic rolled stones and sandy-clay soils. Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre ferment gently in concrete and age without heavy oak, keeping the fruit bright. Red berries, garrigue herbs and mild spice, soft tannins and a warm, steady finish. Great with grilled lamb, stews or roasted vegetables.
