A smooth and vibrant Rapsani from old vines on rocky foothills of Mount Olympus. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral and lightly toasted barrels, it shows red fruit, herbs and gentle spice with fresh acidity and fine tannins. Balanced, savory and long. Great with lamb, tomato-based dishes or grilled vegetables.
