Tasting Notes
A bright, light and refreshing Folle Blanche grown organically on mica-schist soils. Fermented with native yeasts and aged briefly on fine lees, it’s crisp and delicate with citrus, green apple and a touch of salinity. Dry, lively and easy to drink. Great with oysters, shellfish or simple seafood dishes.
