Tasting Notes
A clean, lightly textural white from volcanic-limestone soils. Garganega and Trebbiano ferment spontaneously in stainless steel and age briefly on lees. Fresh citrus, stone fruit and a gentle herbal note, rounded by soft texture and a crisp finish. Great with simple seafood, salads, or vegetable dishes.
