A fresh, spicy Mondeuse from steep, rocky vineyards in Valais. Native-yeast fermentation and aging in neutral wood keep the fruit bright. Red berries, pepper and alpine herbs with lively acidity and fine tannins. Light, clean finish. Great with charcuterie, roasted vegetables or mountain cheeses.
