Tasting Notes
A rare alpine white blend with Rèze and Chasselas from old vines. Vertically pressed, aged in terracotta and oak, it’s floral, apple-citrus driven with warm spice and a mineral finish. Lightly textured and refreshing. Great as an aperitif or with seafood and soft cheeses.
