Tasting Notes
La Belle Aude takes its name from the Aude river that runs through the Languedoc, and is the estate's most approachable white: a lively, food-friendly wine from the Minervois, made from white southern French varieties grown biodynamically. The 2024 vintage reflects Sylvie Bouscasse's commitment to freshness and drinkability in her white wines, using indigenous yeasts and a light touch in the cellar to preserve the aromatic character of the grapes. The nose is immediately appealing: fresh white stone fruit, citrus, white flowers and light herbs. On the palate it is round and smooth, with good acidity, a pleasant texture and a clean, refreshing finish. Good with light pasta, grilled fish, salads and as an everyday aperitif.
