Tasting Notes
A lively, structured Morgon from old Gamay vines on granite. Fermented with native yeasts using semi-carbonic maceration and aged in large neutral barrels. Red fruit, violets and light spice with fresh acidity and fine tannins. Long and mineral. Ideal with roasted poultry, mushrooms or hearty vegetable dishes.
