Tasting Notes
A bright, textured Armenian white from high-altitude volcanic soils. Fermented with native yeasts and aged partly in stainless steel and neutral barrels, it shows pear, citrus, flowers and subtle spice. Fresh, mineral and long on the palate. Excellent with grilled fish, salads or lightly spiced dishes.
