Tasting Notes
A classic Jura white from marl and limestone vineyards. Chardonnay and Savagnin ferment naturally and age in older barrels, partly under a light voile. Nutty notes, citrus, herbs and gentle oxidative hints with lively acidity and a long, savory finish. Ideal with creamy dishes, mushrooms, Comté or roasted poultry.
