Tasting Notes
From old vines on the schist of Côte du Py, this Gamay is hand-harvested, fermented with whole clusters and aged mostly in large neutral oak. Juicy red and black fruits, light spice and a mineral edge, with soft tannins and a fresh, savory finish. Great with charcuterie, roast chicken, mushrooms or earthy dishes.
