Tasting Notes

A bright mountain red grown on limestone silts at high altitude. Naturally fermented with native yeasts and aged in a mix of old French oak and steel, it offers lavender, fresh red fruits and toasted wood elements with lively acidity and soft tannins. Clean and versatile with charcuterie or roasted pork.
