Baldovar 923

Baldovar 923 is located in the mountains of inland Valencia, near the small village of Baldovar. The project was created to bring life back to abandoned high-altitude vineyards that had almost disappeared. Farming is organic, with a strong focus on preserving the surrounding landscape and working in harmony with nature. In the cellar, the approach remains very gentle, keeping intervention low to maintain freshness and clarity. The wines reflect their mountain origin, showing tension, balance, and a sense of place shaped by altitude and cooler temperatures. The name of the winery refers directly to the elevation of its historic cellar.
