Tasting Notes

A smooth red from organic vineyards in northern Puglia. Nero di Troia and local grapes ferment naturally and age in steel to maintain freshness. Red berries, soft spice and a gentle rustic touch, with lively acidity and an easy, juicy finish. Pairs well with pasta al pomodoro, grilled sausages or aged cheeses.
