Tasting Notes
Belle de Nuit is the estate's most accessible red: a Minervois vinified in the fresh, fruit-forward style that Michel Escande produces across the range when he wants to highlight the pure expression of Syrah and Grenache without the weight of extended oak ageing. The name evokes the night-blooming quality of the aromas: dark fruits, floral violet, spice. Organic farming throughout. Good with grilled meats, pizza, pasta, farmhouse cheeses and anything that benefits from a lively, direct Languedoc red.
