A crisp, dry Crémant from biodynamic vineyards on limestone-sandstone soils. Naturally fermented and aged long on lees with zero dosage, it’s vibrant and pure with citrus, green apple and fine, refreshing bubbles. Clean, bright finish. Ideal for aperitif, sushi or light fried dishes.
