A clean and elegant Champagne from Bouzy’s chalky Grand Cru slopes. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay ferment in stainless steel and age long on lees before bottling with very low dosage. Citrus, crisp apple and light brioche notes, fine bubbles and a dry, refreshing finish. A great pick for aperitif, seafood or light festive dishes.
