Quinta da Biaia

Quinta da Biaia is a family project in Beira Interior, close to the village of Castelo Melhor. Vineyards sit at high altitude and are farmed organically, with a strong focus on biodiversity and soil life. Native Portuguese grape varieties are central to the identity of the estate. In the cellar, the approach is gentle and low intervention, aiming to preserve freshness and natural balance. The wines reflect their inland location, combining structure with a surprising sense of lightness shaped by altitude and cooler nights.
