La Biancara is located in the volcanic hills of Gambellara and was founded by Angiolino Maule, a key figure in Italian natural wine. The estate works organically, with a strong belief that healthy soils are the foundation of good wine. Garganega is the main grape, grown on steep slopes shaped by volcanic activity. In the cellar, intervention is kept to a minimum, allowing spontaneous fermentations and long aging when needed. The wines are direct, textured, and deeply connected to the local landscape, reflecting both place and long-term commitment.
