Holass is a small Austrian project working across different regions, mainly Burgenland and Styria. The focus is on native grape varieties and sustainable farming, with careful attention paid to site expression. Vineyard work aims for balance and freshness, while cellar practices remain light and non-intrusive. The wines are made to be drinkable and direct, reflecting both regions’ influence. Moving between different areas gives the project a flexible identity, shaped by curiosity and a hands-on approach rather than fixed rules.
