Enrico Rivetto is based in Serralunga d’Alba, in the heart of the Barolo area. He was among the first producers in the region to fully embrace biodynamic farming. His work focuses on soil vitality, biodiversity, and long-term balance in the vineyard. In the cellar, intervention is kept low, respecting traditional Barolo practices while avoiding excess manipulation. The wines aim to be clear, structured, and true to their origin. Alongside vines, the estate also maintains trees, crops, and animals to support a healthy farm ecosystem.
