Domaine de la Bonne Tonne is a small family estate in the heart of Morgon, run by Anne-Laure Grillet and his partner Thomas Agatensi. The vineyards are farmed organically and biodynamically, with a strong focus on old Gamay vines rooted in granite soils. Work in the vineyard is mostly done by hand, following natural rhythms and prioritizing vine health over yield. In the cellar, the approach stays traditional and low intervention, allowing fermentations to happen naturally. The wines aim to reflect Morgon in an honest and direct way, combining freshness, depth, and a strong sense of place shaped by decades of careful farming.
