Cinque Campi is a small family winery in Emilia-Romagna, run by the Nizzoli family for generations. Their work is deeply rooted in local farming culture, with a strong respect for tradition and the land. Vineyards are farmed organically, and Lambrusco is at the heart of the project, made following classic local methods. In the cellar, intervention is kept to a minimum, allowing natural fermentations and long, patient aging. The wines are lively, honest, and closely linked to their place of origin. Old family vineyards still play an important role, giving the wines depth and a strong sense of continuity between past and present.
