Bonnet-Huteau is a family estate in the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation, run by brothers Jean-Jacques and Rémi Bonnet. The vineyards are farmed organically and biodynamically, with a strong focus on soil diversity. Melon de Bourgogne is the core grape, expressed through different vineyard sites. In the cellar, the approach is transparent and restrained, allowing the wines to show freshness and texture. The domaine aims to reveal the complexity of Muscadet through careful site-driven work.
