Bonnet-Huteau is a family estate in the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation, run by brothers Jean-Jacques and Rémi Bonnet. The vineyards are farmed organically and biodynamically, with a strong focus on soil diversity. Melon de Bourgogne is the core grape, expressed through different vineyard sites.
