Tasting Notes
A rustic, characterful wine from old Trebbiano Spoletino vines on clay-limestone soils. Fermented with native yeasts and macerated in cement then aged in neutral casks, it’s savory with citrus peel and stone fruit, light tannins and a long, dry finish. Pairs well with grilled vegetables, cured meats or mature cheeses.
