A fresh, lively frizzante made from organically farmed local grapes on clay–sand soils. Naturally fermented with native yeasts and aged in bottle without filtration, it shows bright orchard fruit, light herbs and a gentle rustic sparkle. Easy, dry and vibrant with a clean finish. Great with salumi, focaccia, simple pasta or anything casual and tasty.
