Tasting Notes
A bright, savory Xinomavro from old vines on clay and schist soils. Naturally fermented and aged in large neutral barrels, it’s full of red berries, tomato leaf and gentle spice with lively acidity and firm but balanced tannins. Long, fresh finish. Great with grilled lamb, tomato dishes or hard cheeses.
