Tasting Notes
A gently textured white from volcanic soils in Gambellara. Garganega ferments naturally on skins for a short time and ages in large old barrels. Notes of citrus peel, herbs and stone fruit with a dry, slightly grippy finish. Characterful but very drinkable. Pairs well with grilled vegetables, white meats or aged cheeses.
